Fond consists of textual records and photographs relating to Mount Saint Vincent University's Student Union. The contents of this collection were largely created by the student council members and administration at MSVU. The largest series within this collection is administrative materials but there are also many documents relating to events, publications such as the Student Handbook and student newspaper (the Picaro), financial documents, documents relating to Student Union regulations, the Student Union’s businesses and services, as well as committees on which student council members serve, Student Union projects, and documents relating to non-traditional Mount students and the organizations to which they belong. The Mount Saint Vincent University Student associations included within the fonds are at least partially governed by executive members of the Student Union.

Fonds consists of programmes for recitals and commencements held at Mount Saint Vincent Academy from 1928-1930, collected by Constance McGrath Baird while attending the Academy as a student. Fonds also includes a photo album and a Bachelor of Arts Hood from the first Mount Convocation in May 1929, donated by Connieù Baird.

Fonds consists of memorandums related to the Presidential, Art Gallery and Museum Director search committees (1969-1974).

Fonds consists of correspondence, reports, course material, agreements, newsletters, conference material, minutes, brochures, and newspaper clippings pertaining to the activities of the Mount Saint Vincent University School of Nursing.

Fonds consists of administrative memos and budgets related to the Biology department that were sent to Sister Lua Gavin.

This fonds contains a scrapbook created by Ruth Noonan Wright. The scrapbook documents Wright's time as a student at Mount Saint Vincent Academy (graduated 1953) and later as a mature student at Mount Saint Vincent University (1972-1975). The scrapbook contains photographs,newspaper clippings, handwritten text detailing Wright's memories of the Mount, original pencil drawings, and ephemera of the Mount's student activities.

The Facilities Management fonds contains records produced by the Facilities Management department of Mount Saint Vincent University. These records document the department’s various activities on the campus.

Presently, the fonds contains two series.
The first series contains records relating the university grounds which encompasses nearly 38 acres of land. Types of records in this series include information on the Sister Lua Arboretum, the Mount’s fitness trail (Ferda Wales Walking Trail), donations for memorial benches, trees and plants located on campus, and tree and plant care for the campus, including details on pesticide and fertilization activities. The records also include articles and reports detailing grounds maintenance, as well as records relating to this history and design of the MSVU grounds. Finally, important documentation and policies relating to safety are also included. A select number of born-digital files are also part of this series. The second series contains original architectural plans for a number of buildings at the university. Various copies of architectural plans are available and show different design options.

Further accruals for this fonds are anticipated.

Fonds consists of minutes, agendas, memorandums, correspondence, background documents, and reports generated by the Mount Saint Vincent University Senate and its various committees.

Fonds consists of surveys on the effectiveness of Campus Ministry (1987, 1991), memorandums, correspondence, bulletins, programs, liturgical literature, financial records, newspaper clippings, photographs, and records of the Campus Ministry Planning Committee (1986-1988). Fonds also consists of copies of the Word of Mount newsletter (1988-1990, 1992-1993, 1997), which outlines workshops, services, events, and programs organized by the Campus Ministry office
