This subseries contains copies of the student handbook and documents related to its production such as records of correspondence between those involved.

This recording contains a discussion between Sister Anne Martin and an unnamed woman from 00:00:00 to 00:47:58. This discussion is on Maureen Johnson, a Mount graduate and the author of an article "Life Through Death a Holistic Approach" who passed before this was recorded, the unnamed woman indicates she is writing an article on Maureen.

This recording contains two sides. Side A is a lecture by George Keller on the importance of public relations and what kind of public relations strategies and professionals a university should have and their relationships with the university administration from 00:00:00 to 00:46:56. Side B contains a continuation of the same lecture from George Keller from 00:00:00 to 00:25:02. Keller takes questions from 00:25:03 to 00:47:00.

Series forms part of the Patrick O’Neill fonds and consists of photographs, negatives, slides, and postcards showing various theatre performances and travels. This series also includes some personal photographs, art sketches, a Meet the Navy video cassette, playbills, and sheet music collected by Patrick O’Neill. This series also includes 1 cassette tape with interviews recorded by CBC; 1 cassette tape from the Speech and Drama Department at Mount Saint Vincent University; 1 cassette tape entitled Sister Amnesia’s Country Western Nunsense Jamboree, written and directed by Dan Goggin, from 1995; and 1 cassette tape entitled Great Speeches of the 20th Century, from 1991.

Fonds consists of news releases, scrapbooks, media clippings, annual reports, program brochures, exams, enrolment numbers and yearbooks relating to the Office Administration/Secretarial and Mount Saint Vincent's Professional Office Society and National Collegiate Association for Secretaries

The fonds contains 51 photographs taken by or taken of Blossom Davison and her friends at Mount Saint Vincent Academy and possibly other locations in the Halifax region. At least one picture was taken in Charlottetown at the legislative buildings.

The photographs depict the MSVA campus during winter. Students can be seen doing various activities and sports including ice hockey, tennis, baseball and a music recital. Some are team photos, while others are action shots.

There is also a photograph of the girls with various people, including a soldier and young men. We can only assume that these were friends or family of Blossom.

There are also a number of pictures taken off campus, and these include pictures taken at the beach, in front of various buildings around town, on a boat, in cars, on a hike in the forest and cross-country skiing.

Some of the photographs are annotated on the back with names and captions, however the majority of people in the photographs are unidentified.

The fonds consists of photographs taken at the Mount Saint Vincent Academy. Three large photographs include class pictures inside a classroom, outside the Academy buildings and on the campus tennis court. The fonds also includes a booklet of select views of Mount Saint Vincent Academy, including buildings, interiors and outdoor spaces.

Fond consists of textual records and photographs relating to Mount Saint Vincent University's Student Union. The contents of this collection were largely created by the student council members and administration at MSVU. The largest series within this collection is administrative materials but there are also many documents relating to events, publications such as the Student Handbook and student newspaper (the Picaro), financial documents, documents relating to Student Union regulations, the Student Union’s businesses and services, as well as committees on which student council members serve, Student Union projects, and documents relating to non-traditional Mount students and the organizations to which they belong. The Mount Saint Vincent University Student associations included within the fonds are at least partially governed by executive members of the Student Union.

This subseries contains textual and graphic material related to Student Union executive membership at Mount Saint Vincent University. The file contains lists of past Student Union presidents and student executive members. The majority of this file is comprised of student council group photos.
