The file contains completed nomination forms for the award, documents pertaining to the establishment of the award, information about the trivia pursuit tournaments, participant lists, and questions used in tournaments.

This series consists of textual material produced at least in part, by the Mount Saint Vincent Student Union. This series is largely comprised of the student union produced paper, The Picaro. The series also contains student handbooks (which began being consistently produced by the Student Union in the 1970’s), a Student Union publication called Wednesday Night, the Council Communique (newsletter), Her Voices (newsletter), the student calendar, and other miscellaneous publications.

The series also includes the Student Aid Advisory Committee, which is a provincial government committee and is external to the university.
