Series consists of architectural plans for various construction and renovation projects at Mount Saint Vincent University from 1949-1989. The series contains technical and architectural drawings, including site plans, plot plans, floor plans, section details, elevation drawings and architectural sketches. Certain files include notes or letters describing the contents of the drawings.

This series is divided into 12 subseries according to architectural projects. These include:

The Autographed Signed Letters of Eminent Persons series contains individual letters and autographs from literary, political and historical figures worldwide, though they are predominantly British and Canadian. The records consist of full letters, cut-outs of autographs from letters and cards, and manuscripts written by authors and poets. It was divided into three sections by its original creator: autographed signed letters, miscellaneous autograph signatures, and miscellaneous letters and letter fragments.

Series consists of records accrued by and pertaining to MSVU Library staff. Series includes general information on staffing and library positions, correspondence between Library staff and other MSVU staff and faculty members, as well as records donated by particular librarians from their tenure, often pertaining to specific projects.

Series also consists of records related to Elder Learners (1988-1993), the Nova Scotia Centre for Aging (1996, 2013), and Experience Unlimited at MSVU (1985-1989).

Series contains information on international programs and partnerships, including reports on Barbados (2003), Trinidad (2001), Mexico (2000-2001), and Jamaica (2002), as well as the University of St. Martin (2005-2015) and Bermuda College (2000-2018).

Series also consists of informational materials including media guides (2000, 2002), promotional pamphlets (1980-2015), written histories of MSVU and the Teaching and Learning Centre (1972-2015), and various publications of Folia Montana (2001-2004).
