O'Neill, PatrickSeries forms part of the Patrick O’Neill fonds and consists of photographs, negatives, slides, and postcards showing various theatre performances and travels. This series also includes some personal photographs, art sketches, a Meet the Navy video cassette, playbills, and sheet music collected by Patrick O’Neill. This series also includes 1 cassette tape with interviews recorded by CBC; 1 cassette tape from the Speech and Drama Department at Mount Saint Vincent University; 1 cassette tape entitled Sister Amnesia’s Country Western Nunsense Jamboree, written and directed by Dan Goggin, from 1995; and 1 cassette tape entitled Great Speeches of the 20th Century, from 1991.
O'Neill, PatrickSeries consists of architectural plans for various construction and renovation projects at Mount Saint Vincent University from 1949-1989. The series contains technical and architectural drawings, including site plans, plot plans, floor plans, section details, elevation drawings and architectural sketches. Certain files include notes or letters describing the contents of the drawings.

This series consists of textual and graphic administrative materials that relate to the Mount Saint Vincent Student Union. This series contains minutes from Student Union executive and committee meetings, a Councilor's Handbook, Student Union executive membership, reports from Student Union executive members, miscellaneous reports, copies and revisions of the constitution, annual general meeting minutes, personnel files, records of correspondence, records of computer systems used, campus bulletins, newspaper clippings that related to the Union, and Student Union by-laws.
Mount Saint Vincent University. Student UnionThis series consists of textual and graphic material related to the athletic teams at the Mount. The series includes participation lists, photos, and team rosters of the many MSVU sports teams and organizations. The majority of photos in the series are general recreation photos or are of the men’s and women’s basketball teams since they are the longest standing teams at the university. Other teams/groups included in the series are the athletics/recreation society, the women's soccer team, the co-ed badminton team, the women's volleyball team, the men's hockey team, the cross country running team, the women's field hockey team, the golf club, and the slow pitch baseball team

O'Neill, PatrickSeries consists of posters for protests, conferences, speaker events, art exhibitions, and films related to a number of social justice movements including nuclear disarmament, Indigenous activism and land claims, environmental conservation, anti-war movements, and women’s rights. A number of posters refer to United Nations initiatives, including International Women’s Day, the Second Special Session on Disarmament (1982), the International Year of Peace (1986), and World Environment Day.
Some posters refer to the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers), and series also contains various posters of art prints and calendars.
Peterson, BettyThis series contains various financial documents relating to Mount Saint Vincent’s Student Union. Some documents relate to the spending of various societies while others relate to the businesses run by the Union such as the corner store (Crow n' Go) and pub (Vinnie's Pub). Others relate to the general spending of the Union. The primary document type within this series is financial statements. The series also includes budgets, schedules of revenues and expenses, a breakdown of student union fees and how they are spent, auditors’ reports, and other miscellaneous financial documents.
