The fonds consists of photographs taken at the Mount Saint Vincent Academy. This photograph depicts a class of pupils posing together outside of Mount Saint Vincent Academy. Based on a similar photograph in the 1916 issue of Folia Montana, it is possible that these students were part of the Commercial Class, who specialized in secretarial studies including bookkeeping, typing, and business.

This booklet contains 10 postcards depicting various scenes at Mount Saint Vincent Academy. These include pictures of the buildings from outside, building interiors and the grounds. It is likely these booklets were given or sold to students and visitors of the Mount as a souvenir.
